Hasadeh

Ma’aglei Tzedek

Ma’aglei Tzedek is a revival of an older student and youth organization which aims to promote a social-democratic economic and social discourse, based on the Jewish ethical tradition. Ma’aglei Tzedek involves both Beit Midrash programs and in a young activist community that takes initiative to raise awareness of state injustices. Ma’aglei Tzedek also engages in educational activities such as training instructors for a dialogue course for young Jews and Bedouins in collaboration with the AJEEC organization.

HaZor’im

HaZor’im is our educator network. It works to be a home base and support system for a community of likeminded educators interested in humanistic approaches. The HaZor’im community studies humanistic values, knowledge and skills from a Jewish-faith perspective, and develops knowledge and educational entrepreneurship in the field. HaZor’im includes professional development programs, peer programs and meetings.

HaSadeh

HaSadeh, the field, is the arm of the Smol Emuni which works in the religious education systems (religious-Zionist, Ultra-Orthodox). HaSadeh’s vision is to create and instill humanistic approaches to education, using the language of faith, Jewish law, and ethics to connect the religious world with democratic and humanistic values. Within HaSadeh, the different departments and programs work with different communities in Israeli religious spheres

Morekha

Morekha – A unique project working with educators in Haredi society. Morekha trains Haredi educators in the humanistic tradition and value system, aiming to promote those values among young people, aimed at and adapted to education in Haredi society to promote humanistic values ​​among educators and young people in the Haredi sector, especially for new teachers.

HaBe’er

HaBe’er– A collection of resource on the topics of love for people, human dignity, mutual responsibility, equal human value and peace that draws from the Jewish bookshelf and Israeli tradition and mediates in language and a cultural world on the faith continuum (Masorti, religious-Zionist and Haredi).

Service Year

Service Year – Sadeh is launching a year of service in the Negev. The service year is for religious high school graduates who wish to take a stand on issues of coexistence, social, and environmental justice, while engaging in in-depth Torah study and immersing themselves in diverse Israeli communities. Throughout the year of service, students learn through volunteering in the community, exploring sustainable communal living, traveling the country as a cohort, and studying Torah in-depth. Students will also be working with the Bedouin youth organizations and responsible for supporting Bedouin community initiatives in the Negev. The 2026-27 cohort will be a pilot for a network of pre-military programs for young men and women in the religious sector.

Neta’im

Neta’im – A parents' network to strengthen humanistic education in schools of the religious school systems by forming a supportive community; raising awareness and critical thinking; developing practical tools and methods for collaboration between parents and education teams.
